3) Orders may be canceled if the delivery address is designated to areas where carriers cannot deliver for some special reasons such as conflict areas.
Delivery Time begins after the order is shipped from the warehouse.

4) In the event that a package is returned to Japan due to the recipient’s unavailability, please note that we are unable to cover the cost of reshipping. Should you wish to have the package resent, we kindly ask that you either cancel the original order and place a new one, or contact our customer support to arrange payment for the additional shipping fee via PayPal.
